Located in the heart of Preston, Glass Haus Apartments is a contemporary boutique development designed to deliver elevated urban living, with a strong focus on natural light, sustainability and connectivity. Built by Valeo and designed by Point Architects, the development was completed in 2026.
WMA Scaffolding delivered and installed a full Kwikstage scaffold system to support safe and efficient access around the building throughout construction. Working with the project team, our scaffold setup was tailored to the site’s access requirements, providing a practical working platform for trades through the construction and finishing stages.
The scope also included a public protection gantry, powerline protection and full hoarding to address the surrounding site conditions. With public access and nearby electrical infrastructure to consider, these protective measures were an important part of the overall scaffolding solution, helping separate construction activities from public spaces while supporting work on the building.
