Tailored Kwikstage and aluminium scaffolding for apartments and townhouses in Yarraville
A lush central garden sits at the heart of YarraGreen Apartments, bringing a focus on connection and wellbeing to this boutique residential community in Yarraville. The development combines architecturally designed apartments and townhouses with extensive landscaping, sustainable design principles and high-quality craftsmanship. Completed in 2026, it offers a considered approach to contemporary living in Melbourne’s inner west.
Working with builder Balmain & Co on the development designed by Six Degrees Architects, WMA Scaffolding delivered and installed a full-perimeter Kwikstage scaffold system to support access around the buildings. Shade cloth and Scaffguard were incorporated to provide encapsulation and protection for neighbouring properties, with careful consideration given to the development’s surrounding residential setting.
Engineered loading bays were included to assist with loading materials into the buildings, supporting the movement of materials to internal work areas. Aluminium Kwikstage scaffolding was also installed on lower roof areas to reduce the loads placed on these structures while maintaining access for trades. This combination provided a tailored scaffolding solution that addressed the project’s access, material handling and protection requirements throughout construction.
